My sister want to buy tablet for her son to online study and she asked me like topic.
So anyone know it can use or not and tablet is Lenovo Tab M7 (3rd Gen)
RAM 2GB / ROM 32GB / display size 7" 600 x 1024)

As long as the tablet meets the minimum system requirement for the Zoom mobile app, you should be able to install and use Zoom on it: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201179966-System-requirements-for-iOS-iPadOS-and-Android
Android Go has access to all Google Play Store apps, so you should find Zoom there.
Just keep in mind that Android Go is for lower-end devices (like the Lenovo Tab M7) so performance with the Zoom mobile app may be sluggish at times. A lot of the default apps on Android Go run on web technologies in order to run on lower-end devices, so traditional Android apps (like Zoom) may not run smoothly on them.
