MacBook Pro Camera Flickering

The built-in camera on the my MacBook Pro is flickering when I am on Zoom. How do I fix this?

Hi @Shanthi6, is your Mac and Zoom both up-to-date? If not, suggest updating to see if that helps? You can also uninstall Zoom, reboot your Mac, and re-installing Zoom from https://zoom.us/download. Are you experiencing flickering of your camera on any other applications?

I have the exact same problem and it’s only in zoom other camera applications work fine and everything is up to date

Hi, all! I've had this issue as well... extremely frustrating! Makes me look like Max Headroom (for those of you alive in the 80s).

Anyway, I may have found a solution. Go to settings>>video>>advanced and deselect all hardware processing. It's probably just one of those, but I deselected all and it seemed to work.
