start audio automatically when meeting starts

Online instructions and YouTube instructions to use settings to start audio automatically when a meeting starts are not helping.  The instructions do not match what I'm seeing in settings.  Please help.

resolved.  I was confused thinking I needed to sign in going to the website thinking this was a "desktop" sign in.  I needed to go to a desktop app and sign in.  Now the instructions make sense.
