Is there a way to record to a centralized cloud storage from multiple users, so that all the recordings are in one location.  This would allow easier management of recorded meetings.

Thank you

@Chyatt There is a way for Owners and Admins to see this through recording management: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/205347605-Managing-and-sharing-cloud-recordings This is only viewable to owners and admins on accounts and not all users on the account. An owner or admin would be able to create a custom role that would have access to recording management and that could be a workaround by making all your users a custom role. You can find out more about that setting here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115001078646-Using-role-management It seems like a good feature request though, and if I were you I'd submit a request at zoom.us/feed to allow more optics on shared cloud recordings for an account. Hope this helps!

    Hi @Chyatt

Its also possible to set up an On-Prem configuration, so that all meeting traffic is handled by your network and recordings are stored locally on your servers. Just depends on what you are trying to accomplish.

I would warn though, we strongly suggest you do not set the default local recording storage location to a network drive, as that can cause issues and potentially corrupt local recordings.
