It doesn’t work well. (Occurring the same issue)

(2)Using laptop with Animaze, Skype and built-in camera
It goes well.

(3)Using laptop with Animaze, Zoom and Logicool C922 pro

Device (please complete the following information):

  • Device: Panasonic CF-LX3(This is the occurring trouble PC)

Question
Please answer me which applies to this issue’s cause.
I think the issue’s cause is origin from my laptop’s system.
It’s because my laptop has upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10.

(1)Zoom can’t detect it well because the built-in camera’s system is old.
(2)The laptop’s system is old.

Others
I’ll consider to problem determination with using other laptop.

Best regards,

Takashi

Hey @TakashiJumboImo , it's great to hear that you're not having trouble with your PC. However, I'm not completely familiar with Animaze, assuming it works like Snap Camera? Can you share with me the input devices for your camera in the Zoom client settings? For example, I have Snap Camera and OBS, as my inputs for my camera. Is Animaze available to select from the dropdown of camera inputs?

I would also think that you're probably experiencing high hardware acceleration. While in the Camera Settings > Advanced > Try unchecking or checking both optimize video quality with de-noise and use hardware acceleration for receiving video, to see if that improves your overall quality?

If not, attempt to configure your Animaze settings to adjust the aspect ratio of your camera, quality, etc. Basically, Zoom just uses the software as the input device and most of the configuration of your camera -- which can be done from the application you're using as the input option for your camera just from experience.

RN san,

Thank you for replying me.

In fact, I don't use Snap camera and OBS Virtual camera. I'm using "animaze virtual camera".

I think using OBS Camera seems slow animation due to my laptop's low spec.

■I solved the issue with these solutions.

Enabling the setting of [Touch up my appearance].

The issue's cause is it. I guess this contains Zoom bug???
