Telephone access

One member of our small group can only access by telephone, but gets the message that dial in is not allowed.  As host what do I need to change and where?

Hello!

 

Take a look at the following link about scheduling meetings. You need to enable dial in when scheduling the meeting which should allow your users to dial-in. Schedule Meeting Settings
