I take online piano lessons and my teacher can't hear my piano, but he can hear my voice clearly. When he can hear the piano it either breaks or cuts up or after 10 seconds, he can't hear it anymore. I've looked through a lot of different settings and I don't know what to do. I have a Dell Inspiron 14 with AMD Ryzen 7 5000 core. I've went to audio recorders to record my piano and it can hear my piano, so I don't think the problem is with the computer. Anyone know what to do?

Hi, @Rafid,
This is a common issue. Normally enabling Original Sound scorching to this Zoom Support article will fix that issue:
Give that a try, and come back here to meet us know.

I tried it and it didn't work is there any other setting i need to add for my laptop to hear my piano and which settings I should use for original sound if I need to, High fidelity music mode, Echo cancellation, or Stereo audio. What do you think I should do?
