My compute audio won't work when zoom's microphone is activated

I can't hear whatever audio tab I have open when I join microphone in a meeting. When a meeting is open, the only way I can hear what's playing is if I leave computer audio.

I'm a teacher. I need to hear the audio I play when I share screen, so that I can make pauses and comments whenever I play an audio
