Starting Zoom calls from within Slack

I've followed the instructions for starting a Zoom call from within Slack.

That works but it assumes the meeting has been started but doesn't give the host (me) the opportunity to start the meeting. 

Everyone gets the Join button. 

Only once or twice have I seen a Start Meeting pop-up.

What am I missing?

Hello @davidbrown - Sorry to hear about your ordeal. I tested and seems to be working. Are you using "/Zoom" to start the meeting? Can you disassociate and re-integrate Zoom with Slack?
