I'm a GP working  from home

my sessions are dropping out  with the following error messages : 5003 or 104101

To conclude, any Zoom error from the 104101 to 104118 range indicates your device failed to connect to Zoom's servers. To fix the problem, check your network settings and whitelist Zoom in your antivirus and firewall settings.

If you are on a network with a firewall or a proxy, contact a network administrator to check your firewall and proxy settings.

An antivirus software like AVG may be blocking your connection to Zoom. Disable the service and try again.

Check with your Internet service provider that you can connect to the Zoom service.
