Recording won't open

Hi there, 

I purchased a subscription today so I could do recordings longer than 40 minutes and did an interview but when I downloaded from the cloud it wouldn't open and I got this error message instead:

"The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported."

I tried uninstalling Zoom but the recording still gets the same error message. I'm on a Mac. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Hi JIH did you get a resolution on this at all? Having the same issue now and slightly panicked!
