I wanted to ask you how it works. I mean, sometimes some people get notifications during the meeting that someone is the co-host now. Are there any settings for that or only some type of device? I'm asking because the host it's always showing up, but I would like to make sure co-hosts also get that attention.

A make a participant a Co-Host during the meeting and they should be notified.  While there is a setting to enable Co-Host feature in your meetings, I'm not aware of any settings to change notification behavior.
