No contacts show up in computer, but all show up when I use the Cell Phone

Had to reload my computer.  I have the basic account where I pay as needed.  I now see on my computer NO contacts.  I am willing to bet they are there, but on this new interface, not sure where do I access them.  When I bring zoom up on my cell phone, I can see all of my contacts.

 

Any help is appreciated.
