Multiple zoom rooms, some share content when meetings start. How do I disable auto content sharing?

Hello,

 

We have multiple zoom rooms setup but two start to share content when the meeting starts and we don't want that to happen.  I have compared all settings for one room that does share automatically and one that does not, they are exactly the same.  Has anyone seen this issue or know what needs to change so that content does not share as soon as the meeting starts?
