I cant view the image on someone else's recording

someone sent me the link for a private recording with a password and when I enter the recording I can hear everything but the video or image does not show (I have a Mac), it only shows a green background, however if I open the link on my iPhone the recording is viewed completely both image and sound.

 Does anyone know why I can't see the image or video of the recording on my Mac and only can hear the recording?

Hi,

Sounds like you have an issue with a video codec. You can try updating Quicktime player from the Apple website, or download VLC player and try with this last one. Usually, Quicktime player works well.
