Attendees automatically notified of Cloud Recording

The host receives an automatic email when a cloud recording is ready to view -- is it possible for all attendees to receive the same email?

The host will receive a notification of a cloud recording becoming available if the setting on the web is selected for the notification. The host if able can then share the cloud recording, but that is not something that will notify participants of the meeting. As could recordings are owned by the host, the host has the options to share but not Zoom will not notify participants of a recorded meeting that a recording is available, as the participants do not own the recording.
