Hey @lshayes suggest looking into the KB on Upgrading Zoom to the latest version

when I click on my Profile picture I do not see a Check for Updates option

 

I did not find that either - did you ever find a solution?

Hi @Bmry2945GO @lshayes @SamLW @jcmacmillan23 as this discussion was from a bit ago, it looks like theres a knowledge base article on Troubleshooting missing Check for Updates option.

 

Suggest looking into the KB and following step-by-step and let me know if this resolves your issue. 🙂
