Error: zCefAgent.exe

zCefAgent.exe has been hanging during startup at times, and every time I shut down my Windows computer. The process is traced back to Zoom. 

Today, my Microsoft Outlook wouldn't open because zCefAgent.exe couldn't find  "duilib.dll" stating it was missing. When I dug into it farther, it appears zCefAgent may have caused an issue with the duilib.dll.

Either way, why is zCefAgent.exe hanging on shutdown and what is the solution beside not using Zoom anymore?

This is a recurring problem. Please address it, Zoom.
