Convert Zoom into MP4 or Mp3

Hi, everyone!

I have a zoom file that I've  been trying to convert into a MP4 or MP3 format.
It didn't start to convert automatically, so I've tried the zTscoder.exe strategy but it din't work.
I also tried to upload it in my YouTube account (to then convert it) but the video was unable to process.

Do you guys have any other strategy, please??

@abugslife You can use Audacity (https://www.audacityteam.org/), if you haven't tried yet.  It is a free, open source software that works with Windows, macOS, GNU/Linux and other operating system. There are a lot of youtube how to videos available too online.
