Connection Problem


Hi, i have a question that my student tried to join the meeting but he keeps being kicked out. This been happening for few months but now fully he is not able to join the meeting. he could join other meetings but when he tried to join my meeting its happen? where is the problem will be ? please help me. Thanks

Hey @Zikr, have your student check out the troubleshooting steps when using WiFI 👉 Follow through with the suggestions and let me know if that helps! May need to open a ticket with Zoom technical support and take a deeper look at that connection status.
