Hello everyone I am Robinson from Bogotá Colombia in South America and I speak Spanish. 

I have been using zoom for to years with the meeting for 45 minutes, currently the time has changed and I have unlimited time, however one of my friends told me yesterday that he can just 45 minutes, I am sorry if I am receiving something that I am not paying for, I appreciate zoom so much, thank you if anyone know how can I contact with Zoom or some person engineer.

There can be different reasons for this. I would highly recommend for your friend to reach out to our Support Team to verify if this is due to his Subscription Plan perhaps.
