Hallo,

ich benutze Zoom als Veranstalter seit 3 Jahren. Seit dem letzten Update kann ich meine Teilnehmer trotz angeschalteter Mikrofone nicht mehr hören. Was kann ich tun? Wer hat das gleiche Problem gehabt und vielleicht schon eine Lösung?

hi sabinekuhn,

 

the settings for zoom meeting may be muting the participants when they enter the meeting.

“Account owners and admins can choose to automatically mute all participants when they join a meeting. This setting will disable all participants’ audio when they first join the meeting. The host can control whether participants can mute or unmute themselves during a meeting. This meeting setting can help manage participants and prevent distractions and interruptions during a meeting.”  You can unmute a participant or you can toggle this setting off.

One of the advanced options when scheduling a meeting is to “mute participants upon entry”
