I want to make my meeting ASL accessible. How do I ensure that the ASL interpreter and speaker are both visible simultaneously? Thanks!

Spotlighting up to 9 different video participants is possible and what I advise doing.

To remove all spotlights at once click View, top right and then Remove All Spotlights.  Also if there are a lot of particpants editing the participants name and putting a . at the beginning will bring them to the top of participants list, making spotlighting easier. Or you can spotlight from picture too.
