hello. i have contracted Zoom webianr and i can't see how to set the simultaneous translation option, so that one of the panelists is a translator. Who can help me? it is quite urgent.
I have asked on all the Xoom platforms and no one is answering me, they won't stop referring me to another place.
In the general settings, you must allow "Interpreting". See screenshot.
Then in the webinar itself, you can add the interpreters. See the second screenshot.
Important: so that the interpreters do not only enter the webinar when the webinar is live, you must also enter them as "discussion participants" and send them such a link. And then you have to make the assignment to the interpreter only in the "training session" of the webinar. So the interpreters have time to prepare, before the Webinar goes live.
