Frustration! I am a virtual elementary teacher WHY am I now after 3 1/2 years unable to share my screen with my students, its either black screen, or IF they can see it then I have no audio for them to hear me? Help please!  thank you!

And to understand this correctly, if the participants are able to see the shared screen, your participants are not able to hear you?
