Im from Sri Lanka. I have a school domain and I m  in need of enabling the 40-minute unlimited feature. Isnt it open for Sri Lanka ? 
Is there any way of activating it ?

You could check here https://explore.zoom.us/docs/en-us/school-verification.html but I do not think Sri Lanka in on the list.
