Two questions:
1. Is there a definitive way to tell if my school district Zoom account has the 40 minute restriction removed? The website states that I should see a banner indicating that the 40 minute limit is no longer in place. However, I do not see that in my account. Is there another way to tell? Maybe a setting that is there by default?
2. Once a colleague signs up for a Zoom account, do they automatically get the time restriction lifted if they have signed up using our school district email account?

You can reach out to your Account Exec, and they should be able to look into your account and see if the restriction has been removed.
The other option would be to submit a ticket to our Support team, and they can help look into it.
