Zoom for Education for a language school

Hi,
We are a private language school and would like to upgrade our plan to Zoom for Education. When I try to do it there is a message:
"Zoom Education licenses are intended for student, faculty, staff and alumni for pedagogical interaction within a classroom environment, or the administration thereof and may not be used for any commercial purpose. Zoom Education licenses may not be purchased by hospitals, medical centers, clinics, or other affiliated organizations not specifically involving student and faculty and pedagogical interactions within a classroom environment or the administration thereof."

Our main company subject is Education, language courses, etc.

Why can't I upgrade it?
