About school account

Hello, I'm user.

Currently, I'm using it as a school account,
It's still a "basic" account.
As far as I know, if you use it as a school account, it will be changed to 'unlimited'.

I want to change the account type. Thank you for letting me know where to do it.

You can still have Basic users in most account types. In organization accounts, this is usually so that a user can have basic permissions without consuming a license, or when a license has not been properly assigned.

Is it an "Education" account that you have - and is your overall Zoom account administered by someone else?

Yes, My Zoom account overall Education administered by college(Univeristy) data processing.

Now, I'm in my first year of college in Department of Nursing Science
