Student in Mexico Can't Connect

I am a basic free user, and Zoom is a godsend for teachers!!! I have used several sets of recurring meetings successfully. Today, though, my student in Mexico cannot connect with the new Meeting ID. Do I need to tweak anything in settings? I've tried, but maybe there's something new I need to know. Thanks if you know something I can try! Rhonda in Texas

Hello, under your meeting settings there is a setting that can block users from specific countries or regions. Pls check is this is enabled and if there has been anything added in this section?
