Help...I created a template but cannot seem to add it to the list to use it.  It is created and published. I can see it under AI studio but not when I edit the meeting.

Hi TrisM, Welcome to the community! There's a couple of things I'd like to check. First, you must be the host to change the template of that Meeting Summary. Second, old summaries cannot be converted into a new template. Have you tried with a new meeting summary, something's that is recent?

Hi. Yes I am the host.  So with your  second question...  do I change the template after the summary is generated? Not as the meeting is recorded and before the summary is generated?  Maybe thats where I am confused...

No I just had a meeting and the summary was generated, the template cannot be changed after the fact.  How do I change the template before the meeting to the one I create, I am back to the original question, sorry.

keep on this. There's a setting somewhere that the account owner can change. I've been trying to figure mine out for weeks with zoom IT as well as my organizations IT guru. Some coworkers can change the template after the meeting based on what looks right for that meeting. I, however, have not been able to. Mine is grayed out. Today there was an update that happened and now no one in my organization has summaries. Not even their old ones...

My zoom just updated today and the summaries have disappeared. Where did they go and are they coming back? This new message popped up in my setting after the update. I need to be able to change the summary template because each client meeting is unique. I have a ticket out for the template issue with not being able to change my template like some of my other coworkers could and now the update just took them away from all of us. This is a major issue.
