On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Lots of zoom problems

Hi I need zoom for school but I'm having a lot of problems with it and I'm not good at technological stuff. 

My first problem is when I sign in on the app on my windows 11 running laptop it says I need to update but the profile icon is not there. My second problem is that when I phone the number for help, I put in my id and host numbers that are on my profile but the automated voice says that they are not recognized and won't help me.  

My third problem is I can get video but no sound, I can't hear anyone and nobody can hear me. 

 

Please help me I don't want to fail because my only grades come from tests and discussions in one course.
