Hi, I have a 12 persons online clinic. I understand each user in  a Business account can have 2 concurrent meetings. In order to have 12 concurrent meetiings, can my I buy 6 User of Zoom One Pro ?

No, the licenses are for named users, so you would need to have 12 licenses if you have 12 users.
