Issue with Partner Registration

My organization recently became an authorized partner with Zoom, and I was informed by our distributor that I’d receive an agreement document I would sign and return on behalf of my organization. However, I didn’t receive an email informing me of the approval of the partner request nor an attached agreement document.
 
Kindly advise on steps to resolve this issue.

Hi Abiola, it was nice speaking with you last Friday. I wanted to make sure you reach back out to me directly when you were able to have your IT look into why you were not able to receive emails from DocuSign, the tool Zoom uses to send out its Partner Agreements.
