How do I recover recording made in 2021?

Hello, 

I am a professor at Durham University. I created zoom recordings in 2021. They don't exist anymore. How do I recover them?

You can contact the IT helpdesk and/or the folks that run Zoom for your university to check with them.  A quick search turned up https://community.dur.ac.uk/lt.team/collaborate/#/lessons/_FRz89-0XAvqHyVz_9BCQzGz7C2BigVc, which seems to indicate that they may be saved on Encore (Panopto).
