Hello. I represent a non-profit public organization from Ukraine. We are the Association of Psychotherapists and Psychoanalysts of Ukraine. We conduct training seminars for psychologists who provide assistance to injured Ukrainians, and we conduct psychotherapy groups for victims. We do not have the finances to pay for the Business Package, because we now work for free for our citizens during the war. We are very much asking you to provide us with a business package so that we can do such an important thing for the people during the war. There are often more than 100 of our participants and we need simultaneous translation when the seminars are conducted by foreign specialists, who now try to help us.

Zoom offers a free trial, you just have to reach Zoom sales support through chat or email. Given the situation that you are in, I think they can consider your situation and give you a free trial.

My emails were answered by default, only offering various paid Zoom packages. Chat only allows you to get standard answers. And through e-mail, too, it takes a long time to rewrite. only 2 weeks later I was answered by a person, not a set of standard links and instructions.
