How do I download my BAA? I was told my version is HIPAA compliant and have not had success finding it on my account (as with other HIPAA compliant platforms). Chatbot, calling, and emailing also has been disappointing. With much appreciation.

Dear @PK76_2, my question is strict (and should be clear enough without any "what... if...") - is Zoom HIPAA certified and if YES, where I could get the certificate?
Our country's tender regulations are strict enough and no tender evaluation comittee will try to help us to comply with tender requirements by analysing white papers searching for word HIPAA inside. They are have a check list and follow it simply: is certificate provided? YES/NO? That's all.
Cisco with certified Webex is taking most of tenders for medical institutions in our region.
If Zoom is happy with this - I understand this position as well 🙂
@PK76_2@EthanCx I agree with @realwru69 could you please be blunt and show us exactly (possibly with a screenshot/ certification etc) if Zoom is HIPPA compliant? Through my research and your instructions, I have had no positive results. It seems as if you both are purposely making this difficult. This is an incredibly serious question and a speedy and customer-focused response would be appreciated. As we are busy and serve clients. If I do not hear from you within a certain time I will assume Zoom is not HIPPA compliment and I will share this with my colleagues and unfortunately have to leave Zoom.
