Can no longer cloud record to account

Hello!

Last school year, I had the option to cloud record.  This school year, the cloud record option is not available. I am only able to locally record. My IT department did not have a solution. My current License is Basic, but I don't remember what it was last year.

 

Does anyone have advice?

The fact that you only have a Basic (aka free) account is the issue. You’ll need to upgrade to a licensed account to be able to record to the cloud. Whomever runs Zoom for your institution should be able to assign a license to you.
