second license vs. second account

Hello. We have decided that we need more than one Personal Meeting Room for our small nonprofit. In other words, my Co-founder and I both need separate Personal Meeting IDs due to conflicts when we have separate meetings at the same time. I'm hoping someone can explain the advantages and disadvantages between these two options:

[a] setting up my co-founder with a license within our existing PRO account

or

[b] my co-founder signing up for her own paid Zoom PRO account

What do we gain or lose by these two options?

Thanks!

Hi @kevinlbrown

Having two users in the same account will mean you'll have easy interoperability between the two users. This may or may not be of use to you - but I would think it would be better to have the option than not. It's useful for sharing scheduling rights, or Alternative Host and permissions activities. You can also both be Admins on one account without sharing passwords to two accounts.

It (should) also put your billing on the same cycle and invoice.

Hope this helps.
