On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Hi, I am reaching out to clarify a functionality aspect of Zoom accounts. Currently, our team operates three separate Zoom accounts, all subscribed to the Pro plan. This decision was initially made under the assumption that it was not possible to host multiple meetings simultaneously from a single account.

However, I have recently come across information suggesting that it is indeed feasible to conduct different meetings at the same time using just one account. I would greatly appreciate it if you could confirm the accuracy of this information. Specifically, I am interested in knowing whether a single Pro account can be used to host multiple concurrent meetings.

Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter.
