Hello. Every time I open up my zoom client on my windows PC, I see a message which says my credit card info has expired" So I go to the website and re-enter my credit card into and hit submit. It accepts it just fine and the mesage goes away. A day or two later, the message re-appears. I've checked and double-checked the credit card information and it is all correct. I've tried reaching out to customer support but apparently my account doesn't allow me to do that, which is incredibly annoying. I'm happy to give Zoom money if they will only let me. Can someone help me determine if I'm doing something wrong on my end?
