below is error message I received during the payment with Mastercard on zoom please kindly help thanks

[ThreeDs2_Authentication_Exception] Transaction declined.23 - Transaction Not Permitted

Hi @FARPASKY_0-01 I would suggest first; updating your payment method and ensuring that its an accepted Zoom payment method

1. Suggest going to https://zoom.us/billing/payment 
2. Save your details by clicking 'Update' at the end of that page
3. Navigate to https://zoom.us/billing then click 'Upgrade Account'
