Hello @drmoalfar – As far as I know there isn't a "refund" button but once you cancel your subscription the refund is automatically credited back to you.

Let me know if this is the case.

When will the remaining payment amount of 191.88 USD be refunded? Only 60$ of 251.88$ was refunded. Good morning. You do not value my understanding at all, but act like petty crooks from a clothing store. "I bought a suit from you, a week later I returned the suit to you whole and in the package (I did not wear it). You refund me only for the buttons on the suit and say that I have no right to the rest of the money, and in response to my requests you redirect me to "bureaucrats" who answer only NO to all requests. Try to explain such a situation to a small child of 5 years old.
