cancelling subscription/getting refund

Hi

 

I was automatically resubscribed in Jan but do not need another year and have requested a refund but not had any response.

I have had the same experience.  Hoping that Zoom appreciates that it is in their best interests to deal with these matters promptly.

Im here for the same reason too, and I too would like to see what can be done.

I was able to cancel it and get a refund. 
Just as I was canceling it, there was a button that asked to dispute charges. 
I clicked on that and I was eligible for a refund. 

Hi geneloh, I tried the same thing but there wasnt any "dispute charge" button 😞 

How did you get that? 

Admin > Account Management > Billing 

Over there you should be able to see the plan you are currently on. 
By that time I have already cancelled my account but not been able to get a refund.
This meant that my pro account was still available till next year.
What I did was to click resume payment and relinked my credit card. After that I chose to cancel account again. When doing so, a few windows will be opened to you, one of the first few windows had a smaller button at the bottom bottom saying Dispute Charge. 
Do read it slowly as i almost missed it.
