Today has bill from zoom to me its year bill, but I want to cancels this bill because I don't use this user.

Please help me for cancels and payment.

Hey @enras thank you for your discussion! Suggest first looking into the Knowledge Base article on Canceling your subscription. For further support, I would suggest reaching out to our Zoom billing support as they do not monitor the community. You can create a ticket here.
