Zoom One Pro users limited on meeting time

We have a Zoom One Pro account with a super admin owning the account and users within the account.

Our users are limited to a 40 minute meeting even though this is a paid pro account.

Has anyone run into this?

What needs to be done (what license is necessary) to allow for all users on an account to have unlimited time in their meetings?

Hi @MaliaTPS

How many pay licenses do you have the account? Or the Overdmin, is the only one that has a pay license?

In the event that this is the only one and is the one who program the meeting, this user has to be inside the meeting.

Best regards,
