I have a support request BIL0719969 regarding a billing issue and I seem unable to get action on this.


How can I get Zoom Support to give this attention?


I am hoping Zoom Support is unlike Microsoft Support where very little is provided except by the Community.

I'm in the same boat. The billing department is unreachable.

Same here. I can't find any way to get help from anyone. I'm considering finding a different option for holding meetings because of zero customer support here!
