Hi, I have not been using the Zoon One Pro plan since 22/23/2023, I have changed it to the free version and I am ignoring the bills that are sent to me. The payment for the previous plan was due on December 15th, but was not paid because the plan was canceled on December 22nd. I don't want to renew the paid plan and I don't want to pay the annual fee for it. I can pay for that week, the time between paying for the plan and canceling. How to do that? What can I do to prevent invoices from being sent further?

Good point! If you purchased through an app, you must cancel through that app.
