Is there any way to not have this warning appear in the Room Health Dashboard? Digital Signage is not enabled for this room so don't need this warning.

Yup. Spoke w/ Zoom Tech Team/Developers and they pretty much said the same and added that this is considered a bug, and they are going to fix it in ZR version 6.2.5.

Same issue, even disabling the digital signage option in the room setting won't remove the message.

I got the same thing after updating to 6.2.0. I got around it by adding some temporary digital signage. I went to Room Management, Zoom Rooms, Account Settings (the global), Digital Signage... and added a wallpaper. Enable Digital Signage and save.
After rebooting the Zoom rooms, the message cleared. I then removed the wallpaper, and disabled the Digital Signage.
It's a cludge fix, but it worked.

Are there any news here? This is actually impacting the way we have our alerting systems setup so we never get the "OK" messages on service flapping.

Zoom support is now saying this should be fixed in version 6.3.0, which will be released 16 December 2024.

Hello, Mike,
I can't see this version listed on Room Management console. Do you know if this was listed? Do you have any more updates here?

Hi, I've been watching the release notes and I haven't seen any updates either, sounds like the update is delayed for some reason. My Support ticket was closed, if I don't see the new release soon I'll open a new ticket on this.

I'm on 6.3.5 now and I'm still seeing the error too. I guess I'll open yet another support case 😞

As an update to this issue, it appears that Digital Signage needs to be toggled off *and* the room versions need to be upgraded for the warnings to clear.
Once doing both of those things, my dashboard looks much better once again.

Yep, that worked for me too. Nice having most of my rooms showing healthy again.
