Unable to share screen on Mac so downgraded tto free basic plan. Prepaid. Refund?

When we cancel; a plan we paid for annually, can we get a refund?

Why weren't you able to share your screen on your Mac? Did you already add Zoom the ability to Screen Record for Zoom? Allowing the Screen Record allows Zoom to share your Mac screen on a meeting. To turn that on, you can go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy tab > Screen Recording > add Zoom to the list to have permission.
